Bringing over 30 years of invaluable experience in M&E engineering consultancy to the forefront.

Renowned for his expertise in designing Industrial and Special Projects, he has played a pivotal role in crafting solutions for Toll Collection Systems (TCS), Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSS), Ports and Harbours, Floating City Infrastructure, and Tunnel M&E Systems.

Having served as project director on mega projects such as the SMART Tunnel, Double Track Tunnel between Ipoh and Padang Besar Berapit & Larut Tunnel, and the Saudi Arabia Makkah Tunnel (58 tunnels), Ir. Chan Sai Chok has left an indelible mark on the industry. His involvement in projects includes the likes of the Penchala Tunnel, KL-Karak Tunnel, Kluang Hospital, and Teliti Data Centre showcases his proficiency in SCADA, Power supply and Distribution System, Communication System, and Building Management System (BMS).

Ir. Chan Sai Chok is currently project manager for the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system in Malaysia, overseeing critical aspects such as system configuration, changes, compliance, program control, interface management, and interface co-ordination. His leadership ensures the seamless integration of complex systems, contributing to the success of this transformative project.

Ir. Chan Sai Chok's qualifications are as impressive as his career achievements, holding a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath (1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis (1985). As a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate from BEM, Malaysia, and a member of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia, and the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM), he is a recognized authority in the field.
