With a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years, Mr. Leong has been a cornerstone in some of the largest projects not only across Malaysia but also on the international stage.
As an accomplished mechanical designer, Mr. Leong boasts a significant portfolio of projects, demonstrating his versatility across diverse industries, including transport rail and roads, residential, and airports. His involvement in major endeavours such as the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT), Northern Electrified Double Track Project, and SMART (Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel) in Malaysia underscore his invaluable contributions to the field.
Mr. Leong's expertise extends to tunnel management systems, project management, and a time-proven design skill set, providing a significant edge to every project under his purview. His commitment to excellence and innovative solutions has consistently positioned him as a leader in the engineering industry.
With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama (2001), Mr. Leong is a Professional Engineer with Practising certification from the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, and a proud member of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia. His extensive qualifications and wealth of experience make him an invaluable asset to Eagles Engineers.
